While NCB is under ministry of home affairs & is directly under Amit Shah.

SRK is not in that good terms with ShivSena but Congress and NCP could help him if he ask for help someone said SRK denied Ambanis help, also cant say about NCP coz at the end its all about Politics

I’m just reading through the doc. It’s saying that since Aryan knows Arbaz and they have been friends for long it’s conscious possession.

Secondly, they are also quoting random WhatsApp chats, the content is not there in the order but they are in reference to what has been talked about in court, and some foreign national Aryan knows (🤢 he was abroad for so many years, even if he did smoke weed in California they neither have the jurisdiction and its legal there, I’m confused).

- WhatsApp chat not supported with certificate under sec 65 (b) of Indian evidence act when defence has no opportunity to go through material collected by officer - court is saying at investigation stage it’s not necessary.

- seems like they are saying x knows y and y knows z so it’s a conspiracy

- court is saying they voluntarily submitted their mobile phones.

In a nutshell, the judge is repeating the same garbage by ASG.

Shiv Sena sent a letter petition to the SC. It's just a publicity stunt and it will get thrown out by the judge. If they were serious, they should have sent a writ petition.

The only person that was actually helpful was Nawab Malik and that's because he has a grudge himself with the NCB. It's only when things hit home that people get serious.

Anyway, I have zero faith in the high court judge because if he was serious, he would not have run away today and wasted time. Him leaving was a way to delay things again. That doesn't inspire any hope.
