If it’s rave party- there were 1000s of people there. Why arrest Aryan when he had no drugs?

And for a rave party the quantity is too less, if we think logically. Aryan knows only Arbaaz and no one else.

I read on news laundry that there was some guy who is claiming that there was a list of 25 people who were going to have a rave party and Aryan’s name was not there on the list.

But NCB shows up with Gosavi & bhanushali, one is a criminal and the other one is a bjp leader as “independent witness”.

This is really messed up.

Don't forget Wankhede's family friend, Fletcher Patel. He takes his own family people with him to multiple raids to become witnesses in multiple fake cases.

This was set up from the very beginning. First some BJP chamchas like Prateek Gaba invited Aryan to a party that he had no tickets for and wasn't planning to go to. Then they called BJP witness/informer Manish Bhanushali to give him updates about where Aryan is. Aryan is arrested from the dock and the BJP chamchas like Prateek Gaba are sent home. The witnesses are a criminal Gosavi, BJP party worker Manish Bhanushali, and Wankhede's family friend Fletcher Patel. Fletcher Patel had already appeared as a "witness" in multiple cases before because Wankhede takes his own fake witnesses with him.

Aryan is arrested without any drug possession or drug consumption. They illegally grab his phone and now claim he did drugs before and the only "proof" they have is a chat saying "Let's have a blast."

Then Amit Shah's paltu lawyer, ASG Singh, is sent to prosecute Aryan's case when normally there is a regular NCB lawyer to deal with these minor cases. The ASG is there to intimidate minor judges because they are too afraid to go against the BJP government. The ASG practically bullies the judge in court, never comes on time, wants lunch and tea breaks constantly and uses as many delay tactics as possible.

The sold-out sessions judge "reserves" a bail order which could have been taken care of in 5 minutes. This is in order to harass Aryan and force him to stay in jail and not allow them to immediately file in high court.

Now that the order was given in 5 minutes, they tried to go to high court where the judge ran away before the lawyers could get there. So basically the High Court judge found a way to delay another day on purpose.

Aryan khan had no drugs in his possession, medical test not done & has no prior criminal record yet he’s denied bail. When the SC says bail is the norm, jail is the exception. Shahrukh Khan being made to pay for not bending to Modi

Broken justice system .

Looks like 5 days ka time was given to SRK to bow down and he didn't so now again Aryan's bail rejected......dekhte hain kab tak rakhenge jail mein.....India has become a joke all over the world now.....
