Guys. Few pages back Bips already mentioned about the court judges lawyers etc. This was very much expected. Here the lawyers and accused are more powerful than the judge actually. So of course it becomes a powerplay and Judge will try to saveguard his side of jobs/families, things etc. This is how a country eventually gives in to the dictator anyways. No dictator does it by direct force. It's always 'willful' submission anyways.

I read the bail is already applied in BHC. How fast can they get a date any idea ?

For the bhakt bots who are laughing and enjoying, ya'll should be paraded on the streets and shamed just the way the Germans were after Hitler fell. The population that votes for hate is complicit in what their leaders do. Trump voters are the shame of the US and you are the shame of India. And just like Trump was booted out and despite his attempts at killing democracy, one day the normal side prevailed. India will one day get out of the evil of Modi too.

It was a plan to waste as much time as possible. This rejection could have been done in 5 minutes a week ago. They reserved the bail order to waste time so they couldn't go to high court right away. Then again kept wasting time today. It was obvious from the way the sold-out judge was behaving.

I don't have hope from high court either because the high court judge ran away today to delay some more. Must be getting orders from darling Modiji and his boyfriend Amit Shah.

The more time they waste, the more likely is it is that SRK will go after them once Aryan is out. There's nothing to lose now. One day these neo-Nazis will be out of power too.

The judge ran away by the time the lawyers reached there. I'm sure he got a phone call and was told to leave. This is what happens when institutions are compromised in a fascist state. If he couldn't withstand that, he isn't going to give bail. They don't even have any reasons which is why they are using so many delay tactics.

Ugh. Bail rejected. They took so long, it was bound to happen. I think they will only give him after the holiday season in India, After making them go to HC, to prove a point.
