Yup. Smart lawyers generally do that. They always need to be ahead and think about their opponents moves along with their own defense. I hope they do that.

If NCB managed to nab a supplier, I don't know why Aryan is still required. He did NOT have drugs on him and any investigation can be carried out without imprisoning him.

Going by this logic, NCB can just fill up jails with all drug consumers (millions of them).

This! He does not need to be in jail for the entire investigation…not like he’ll run away if the court tells him to stay in town.

As far as I remember police were searching some underworld link and calling many actors who visited Dawood party, Bhai and Ash was also there ( Ash was not interrogated )

Who is Kathri?

@bold: where can I read the article?

there where articles where one or two names had been written

Iimtiyaz Kathri is a filmproducer, living in Bandra. His house and office were raided on Saturday; I think (he was also raided related to the NCB investigations about SSR and Rhea)...

I googled Kathri+ NCB + raid and a lot of articles came up...I read so many, I don't know anymore where I read about the two organizers (no names were written)...sorry

It is all a joke. They only interrogated Aryan on the first day. They've never spoken to him after that because he has no information. They can't interrogate him in judicial custody anyway because that requires a separate court order.

So his staying in jail has no purpose at all. It's just a circus created by the BJP. It doesn't matter what lawyer Aryan gets or how good he is because the judges will do whatever the bearded menace and his taklu companion want. The people here trying to learn and follow "the law" are making me laugh. There was nothing lawful since the very first day. They're going to do whatever they wish and that's the god's honest truth.

It does no harm to learn about things one doesn't know...that doesn't mean that one changes the initial opinion.

I read in the other thread but that has no impact on what I thought from the very beginning.

But if others want to "follow the law" how they see it without having the power to impose something on an innocent person, then it doesn't affect me.

Exactly. I am getting very tired of hearing from the ‘Rational’ people that everything that is happening is within the bounds of the law. I don’t think it is but even if it is, that doesn’t make it right or necessary. I am quite sure the authorities don’t have to fight tooth and nail to keep someone in custody just because they can. It’s ridiculous.
