She got up and he fell down!

I really loved how they portrayed Anu getting up feeling resolute and Anuj falling down feeling broken after venting in today’s episode.

It’s like he took away her pains from her.

what a lovely thought and how beautiful was the scene...

It was like he’s done all he could and its over to her to find her way...he’s taken away all her pain and given her the life she deserves.

That scene is really 💔. It's like he gave all his strength to her and took all her pain in return. I just hope it's not any indication for future.

Its jus depict how selfless love they will have in times of trial one may fall weak other may support it but in their breakdown or even in their rising they will never let each other go ..

Anuj's dilemma is palpable and relatable.

His unrequited love for her is just one part of it. If it was independently existing, he would have probably made peace with the fact that Anupamaa's consent is not there for him right now.

More fuel to it is his regret of not confessing his love to Anupamaa soon enough, because if which she ended up married to a jerk. She may have rejected him for an arrange marriage then, but atleast then she would have had a choice and he wouldn't have regretted it so much.

Further is his frustration of seeing a woman, just any woman, in so much pain and the primary thing holding her back is her conditioned thinking and her care for the wrong people like Leela and Paritosh and the society. He feels disgusted at the fact that he, as a man, was able to utilise his potential and achieve great heights, but just because Anupamaa is a woman she becomes answerable to so many useless people to whom she owes absolutely nothing.

It's also awful that Anupamaa herself shuts up the six people who support her against the three people spewing hate against her, just because of this conditioned thinking of having to think about society before her own self.

Many times, watching someone else in pain from a distance is more painful, simply because you know that something better could be done in this situation but you cannot implement that.

Can I say Gaurav Khanna is brilliant actor. We were all sceptical when he joined because we have only seen him as fluffy romantic actor before but I have to say he is perfectly cast. He gave a brilliant performance today. Definately one of the most underrated actor in industry finally getting his due.

Yes! He was so intense today. His angst when sees Anupama’s tears. Omg. I fell in love with him😃
