'Isliye shows BANDH horahe hai': Aashiesh Sharma says there is difference between holding a REEL & a show

Aashiesh Sharma, best known for his stint in shows like 'Siya Ke Ram,' 'Rangrasiya' and more speaks about why according to him shows today are not doing well. Aashiesh, who has enjoyed his share of massive stardom during his stint on the above shows blames the failure of the shows on the 'number obsession' by creators today.

Speaking to Telly Chakkar, Aashiesh implies that there is a huge difference in holding a 30 second reel and holding a show. He says, ''Isi liye band ho rahe hain woh. Yeh bahut bada kaaran hai ki hum numbers dekhkar cast karte hain. Pehle toh that's where we are going wrong. Bahut bada difference hota hai ek 30 second aur ek minute ki reel hold karne mein aur ek poora show hold karne mein ya poori badi screen hold karne mein. Woh difference hum nahi samajh paa rahe hain. Aur audience aapko difference khud bata rahi hai ki humein nahi dekhna hai. Yeh isi liye jaldi jaldi band ho rahe hain. Isi liye kuch work nahi kar raha hai. Isi liye everybody is in a panic ki kya chalega, kya nahi chalega. Kuch samajh mein nahi aa raha hai kisi ko.''

Well, this isn't the first time that an actor has spoken about how casting has changed massively ever since social media grew to prominence.
