I see a lot of men like mohsin even in my own house who are very shy/awkward/ find it hard to be open and confident with others that they give off that air of not being approachable or as if they feel they are too good to talk to people but their social awkwardness or reservations are misunderstood, so I never thought he was arrogant, but just not that confident at expressing himself or appearing approachable, but then again many people have such good opinions about him, although a common theme with people's opinion of him seems to be that he is a serious type of guy.
