I don't want R to become trainer.

Sanju and Faizi should just take over and follow karan's training method. R can to training field/room to interfere and disturb the training as much as he want because of "investigation" but he cannot become a trainer.

The only way karan can return to P.SAF and academy can get back their reputation is if when monami realizes her mistake, apologize to karan, and help clear the mess she created by proving P.SAF innocent.

Monami should be embarrassed after the mess she created and avoid karan to not make more troubles for herself.

And karan will also avoid monami because of the secret he carries and even if the truth about baby being karan's niece is revealed then he would still avoid her as to not let her become close to his ONLY family.
