Let's just address the elephant in the room.

Producers ne kaha - inhe dono ke ek movie main dalo taki no one can accuse us of nepotism. And, of course, with 2 great actors, ek thik thak actress ka kam chup jayega and then we can claim that audience loves Ananya if movie does well warna we can accuse Siddhant and Adarsh for failure.

I didn't notice it until you pointed it out.

But since SSR's demise and the people who have come forth and brought the nepotism nexus to light, I think its very safe to assume that outsiders will always be outsiders in the industry with K Jo launching most of them. And then others taking the legacy forward 🤣🥺

Did I ever proclaim my admiration for Oscar Isaac here? He is one of my favorite actors of all time for a long time. I first watched him during my college days in Robin Hood (2010); he was the handsome villain in that, then in the Sucker Punch (2011) movie, again as a villain not to mention a great actor too. The funny thing is I didn't watch his popular Star Wars (2015 - 2019) movies at all, only some VMs.

This year, he had three movie screenings at the Venice film festival (Dune, Scene from a marriage, The card counter).

He and Jessica Chastain have a great onscreen chemistry; they have been friends for like 20+ years, and the movie they did together was The most violent year (2014). I always wanted them to do one more project and it happened, HBO series - A scene from the marriage. 🥳And they did stole the show at the Venice Film Festival while promoting their series.
