I feel another reason in addition to to this is the fact that she acknowledged that the families also did wrong by prioritizing "ghar ki izzat" over their children's feelings which has also played a big part in this affair track. No one else is admitting that they did wrong by forcing kids to marry. What could one expect from such forced relationship? Even if they did live happily, that would not make the forced decision right. It was forced and it would always be wrong regardless of whether Fatejo end up loving each other or not. So she feels only blaming Fateh is wrong when they also wronged him by forcing him to marry Tejo inspite of knowing his love for Jasmine. And I agree. JasFa are wrong, but they are not the only ones to be blamed here.

Honestly I don't think it's that deep. Gurpreet doesn't give two shit about Tejo, or what is right, it's about fateh. And she'll do anything to make it look like he isn't at fault. Like the first person in whose mind marrying Tejo idea came up, was Fateh himself. Both Fateh and Tejo compromised, but Tejo was much more reluctant (and i do have a theory about that), and from the beginning she took it upon herself to make life difficult for Tejo. Fateh is ladla raja beta and she's treating him like that.

So here's the thing, Fateh had a crush on jasso, he had hots for her, but he's in love with tejo all along, even when he's dating jasso.

He's constantly paying attention to her, even when it doesn't make any sense. And it's all unconsciously. He went after jasso because it's possible. Jasso's demands are easy to fulfill. But tejo, she's perfection, in ways which are way more complex. He didn't consider that she'd ever like someone like him, so he just never explored his feelings towards her. When he grabbed tejo and took her into mandap, it's that unconscious side which took over.

He was too intuned to Tejo, he had to work to turn her frown upside down.

Too much push and pull intensity on his part initially, I think CVs purposefully haven't explored his feelings for her because they gonna pull this outta their bag of tricks, I also have niggling doubts in my mind

1. re: the morning after when he was angrily spreadeagled against the window contemplating what to do, and today his anger over her saying that night that was special to her is now a bad dream, physical is as close to knowing a person you can get when you have no idea what their thoughts are.

2. The way in which he tore the bathroom apart when he came home from seeing her with Buzo. He did say he is a dominating husband during those EMA deflecting days.

I've been waiting for a Fateh is Unworthy of Tejo track!!!

And I guess they gonna show us how love makes perfect people fall in love with imperfect people.

We watch journey's of nothing to something, nafrat aur mohabbat, slow burn, friends to lovers, case in point FaTejo.

CV's were very smart with this endgame storyline, Fateh will be redeemed and it will be so plausible that all of us who hate him will be the ones rooting for him.

She just does not want to lose Fateh now. Seems to be pretty emphatic at least as a woman for Tejo.

It doesn't have to be. Like I said, She herself said so explicitly that Fateh alone can not be blamed for all the mess that has been created. So punishing him alone for all this doesn't make sense. But this is just one of the reasons. Another is obviously her being that typical mother who will tolerate any mistakes her son made.

This theory seems so credible but then why did he cheat on her if he subconsciously loved her?

I don't like empathizing with fateh, but my guess, jasmine is his addiction. The way he behaves around her, acts indicates this. You can get addicted to anything, not just drugs and alcohol. Food, toxic relationships and what not. There are people who completely ruin themselves and still can't help themselves, and hate it simultaneously.

I hate this reason because I really hate him for hurting tejo and this kinda makes me feel bad for him.
