For a movie to be considered hit in BOLLYWOOD only Hindi collections are considered, that too only from cinemas … I know Covid times have changed a lot but if we consider the satellite collections and tv rights then almost all movie producers recover their costs.

Youtube has fake videos dumped on it with big big headlines claiming the movie has collected worldwide gross of 20 crores. And the brainless bots as usual getting happy and continuing with their Bhajan of Kangu doing her ashtottaranama calling her brave, intelligent bla bla bla...Whatever the context, they just have the same constant lines😆... I mean kaha se aate hai aise log? 😳😆

Yeah, while also claiming the film already collected 100+cr from OTT, satellite and music rights - and each day the number gets higher as the budget gets lower (100cr, 90cr, 75c, 55cr...).

Then you see them complain when B.O sites give actual numbers - calling it propaganda. 😆

They are desperate now. Theaters are going empty and the distributors are getting anxious. Every couple of hours they come up with so and so also watched and had good things to say about the movie so you also should watch. Today it was Rajnikanth’s turn to find his name in these random rumors about him watching the movie and getting really effected by didi’s performance and speaking to the director about it. 🤣

What a disaster ! 20 lac opening for such a big budget film 😳

Thalaivii 1st Tuesday Box Office – Kangana Ranaut Starrer Holds Well

After a decent first four days, the Kangana Ranaut and Arvind Swamy starrer Thalaivii held well on its first Tuesday at the box office.

After changing the release dates couple of times due to the pandemic situation, the Kangana Ranaut, Arvind Swamy, Bhagyasree, Madhoo and Naseer starrer Thalaivii was welcomed with good reviews from the critics and audience as can been seen from audience rating in BookMyShow. Directed by A.L.Vijay, The Hindi version of Thalavii was released in only 500 theaters due to the conflict between the producers and the multiplexes. The issue was that multiplexes like PVR, INOX and Cinepolis wanted to screen the film for 4 weeks while the producers were debating to keep it only for 2 weeks period after which it will premier on OTT platform. However, the Tamil and Telugu version had 301 screens and 280 screens released respectively.
