They gave a special mention to her for Take Off when she deserved the main award instead of Sridevi.

And this time they ignored her brilliant performance as an acid attack survivor in Uyyare for a horrible performance like Manikarnika.

Imagine an actress with 4 national awards yet such horrible dialogue delivery that gets worse with every film. 😖

It’s so obvious she/bjp want her to have more NA than Shabana Azmi....

Parvaty deserved it for Uyare and maybe even Sai Pallavi for Paava Kadhaigal. But oh well, seems like tweeting and abusing people can gvie you awards too.

Just happy Anandi Gopal got the awards it deserved⭐️

Haven't seen manikarnika but she sleep walked through panga.. It was such a lifeless performance with just some flashes of potential.. Cant believe Parvathy lost out

She was really good in Panga though.

Can't comment on all the actresses who were eligible. I'm sure there were better performances. But as crass and vile she is, I don't think there is any Bollywood female lead who can carry a movie like she can.

It's a shame that she's insufferable.
