i dont know about any such law here, they do it to fill more air time with ads. unka fayda hai

There's definitely a law on the amount of ad time- that's for sure.

Just don't know if there is a law that defines "actual" show time, and classifies things like a title song or precap/recap to be "not part of the actual show time"
