The Raizada's are invited by the Mathur's for Garba.

As Arnav Singh Raizada considered Aman one of his own, he accepted this invitation without a second thought. Anjali accepted it wholeheartedly. Khushi accepted even before she opened the letter.

The rest of the night went like this:

The Mathur's were touched that the whole Raizada clan graced the evening with enough sweets and presents that humbled them.

Aarav immediately charmed the elder generation of the Mathur's.

Devyani Raizada joined at the last minute for a graceful performance. Turns out she was pretty quick in learning new dance forms.

Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, Manorama and Madhumati brought their nine years rivalry onto the stage and literally broke their legs with their antics.

Mahinder chose to chill with Shashi and Garima, until a limping Manorama dragged him to the center. To his horror, this was the one time his mother agreed with his wife.

Anjali 'might have' bumped into a certain Aman Mathur and they 'might have' gone outside to the dark garden to avoid loud music. Yes, Aman forgot that he was the host.

Akash pretended to not know garba for Payal to teach it to him until she realised that he knew garba very well and... they blushed for the rest of the night.

NK was the most enthusiastic dancer but incredibly terrible at garba. He broke into a breakdance in between - becoming the limelight of the night.

Arnav wished to disappear from the face of the Earth. Accepting the invitation did not mean he accepted to wearing a stuffy sherwani suit, bear one dance number after the other, smile (wtf?) at other people. If only Khushi hadn't blackmailed him into not discussing work, wearing a sherwani and standing in between the dance and songs.

Aman deserved to be fired. Arnav didn't care about Khushi's wrath if he did so.

Speaking of Khushi, she had changed into a red, ethnic chaniya choli.

Aman deserved a raise.

Arnav spent the rest of his night watching her dance enthusiastically. She charmed the whole atmosphere and everyone danced to her tunes. They were all a victim of her smiles.

Especially Arnav Singh Raizada.

Of course, they Rabba Ve'd between dances, indulging in long touches and stares.

The Prakashes recorded the event and Lakshmi ate up Arnav's plants in peace at his absence.

Basically: Two disasters, one blushing romance, one budding romance, a Rabba Ve and a night full of fun. And Lavanya Kashyap might have made a guest appearance.

ke Odhni Odhu Odhu ne Udi Jaye

Odhni Odhu Odhu ne Udi Jaye

Garba dance has its own charm.

While watching TV I saw an old lay doing Garba so greacefully today.

Your OS has the same charm.

Poor plants and poor Arnav. Did you say Red Chaniya Choli? Scratch poor Arnav.

Lovely OS.

Cheers......

Plus ça change... but don't we love the lot of them just the way they are.

I hope Lavanya didn't drop in when NK was in full flow. Wouldn't want him to topple over when he spots such a "budiya lakdi" 😆

And I'm relieved to see that Khushi kept Arnav Rabbavefied and therefore reduced the chances of him stalking off towards the garden. Things would have got messy. The melodious sounds of 'Dholi tharo dhol baje' would have been drowned by the bajaana of something else 😆

A delightfully warm fuzzy feeling wala OS, dear S ❤️

So everybody got what they wanted. 😊

And I hope La and NK had a fantastic time getting to know each other.

And Lakshmiji got to enjoy an uninterrupted night of feast! That's the best part of the night, if you ask me. 😃

I would have liked to see the dance moves from Madhumati and Manorma as they competed.

Got my morning laugh from this.

That they did! Haha yes - NK and La have a billion things in common!

Oh, yes... Lakshmi HAD THE BEST!

And it's a good thing that no one eats non veg in Shantivan (cause you know what would've happened once Arnav discovered things) 🤣

Oh people placed bets on what would break first - the stage or the legs. You see, they are graceful dancers but once their rivalry is on fore - then grace gayi bhaad main.

I'm glad you enjoyed this!
