Ooooh, I remember getting goosebumps the first time I watched this trailer and my anticipations for the movie skyrocketing. No one else can cut the trailers like SLB does. Half of his work is accomplished with the trailer itself.⭐️
I watched it Sunday after noon January 28 2018 2:30 showing in 3D
It was 10 days after my Lasic Eye surgery but I wasn’t gonna miss it. Overall Entertaining but could’ve been better
Am I the only one who didn't like this movie?
I had high expectations but the movie was a let-down on several fronts...
1. Ranveer's act didn't give me the chills
2. Deepika didn't make an impact
3. Shahid was good, but he didn't have much of a role
4. The movie itself was too long and dragged for me.
I loved the ending though, and remember being blown away by the grandeur of it all. SLB knows style, but somehow he ends up compromising on substance when he fixates too much on the sets and costumes.

I thought Ranveer and Shahid were good in the capacity of what their roles demanded. However, I agree with you, apart from the ending Deepika was just there. Aditi should have played her role.
If only the movie was a fraction as good as the trailer.
As for the acting - Ranveer was OTT but entertaining. Shahid and Deepika were dull and lifeless.
3 years and the sheer magic of this movie remains intact..one of the best cinematic experiences for me..no one can touch SLB ..not even close..

Same..everything about this movie was magical I was so disappointed in SLB after Guzarish Saawarya etc but hr seems to have gotten his mojo back with Ram Leela.
It was such a snoozefest. Stopped watching half way through.
