homosexuality is basic human right , it’s about how people were oppressed for their sexuality .. we are here talking about illegal drugs , do these drugs fall under basic necessities or human rights category ? No .. infact there’s a reason why these drugs have been declared as illegal ..

medical marijuana is consumed in other countries under doctor’s prescription and as its illegal in India there are other alternatives .

Again what do you even gain by defending these rich celebs who certainly don’t care about you and that too by using homosexuality as an example ..

These people are so called “self proclaimed icons” for the youth, highest amount of accountability is on them.

You are considering addiction as crime. Let the addicts get into strict de addiction programme in this country. Its not easy and patients are not allowed anything from outside world for weeks.

Our country lacks behind in narcotics laws for addicts. They should be out of this addiction as it will kill this drug peddling at the grass roots.

Peddling is a serious crime. It is linked to chain of other crimes.

You know in the Netherlands the people are quite normal and the symptoms you googled aren’t visible. The only thing I can say yeesss they all are relax and you notice it through their pupil and not bloodshot eyes😆

Out of curiosity, how do y'all defend cigarettes and alcohol use? You do know that's considered substance use in medicine as well.

And I read a comment that marijuana is legal in some countries only by prescription. That is false. Here in California recreational marijuana is legal.

And since we're going into history and whatnot.i suggest reading into how marijuana and "crack" was used to systemically incarcerate the black population in the US. One of the reasons I was pro legalizing marijuana. So this incarceration and systemic targeting of a community ends.

Substance use was always there, is here and will remain, legal or not. The way to tackle it is to go after the peddlers and smugglers and traffickers with law.

And to address the consumers medically. With medicine and rehab and education. Because they are putting themselves at harm and potential risk. The way we do for tobacco and alcohol. I don't see a difference.
