It will be I hope it’s not true and it’s just to make us confused or else the essence of cheel vs naagin will vanished because cheel BG was played on veer from first day only. Less if he is half naag and half cheel maybe his mother is naagin but I cannot imagine anyone being cheel then SM aka veer. It’s too late ekta better be careful or else her show will flop badly. Honestly, I don't think I mind it at all. Bani is not any ordinary naagin. She is a Sheshvanshi Sarvashresth Adi Naagin charged with the duty to protect the Naagmani. And her partner should be someone who is equally strong and can protect her as well as her cause of protecting the Naagmani.

And reincarnations always show that whatever was absent in this person's previous life is what he is endowed with it in the new life. Reincarnations have no hard and fast rule, that if you were someone else in your former life, you will be the same in the next janam. Souls are eternal, only the vessel changes. The same goes for Veer and Jai.

And if it is not that case, then this is just a test for Bani to choose who she thinks is her soulmate, and that can only happen when both Jai and Veer are on the same measuring scale as two persons. Hence we have to wait how these two characters shape up.
