Maybe Ji Chang wook but the others I've listed havent gotten plastic surgery though. They looked like that when they were in middle school/high school.

I can give you a lot of Korean actors that are extremely good looking. Sorry but I rarely find Indian actors good looking. I have seen many Indian guys in real life better looking by a ton than them though.
