Agreed that none of the AN members would go to the extent of harming an innocent child but could be those meds to make Pillu blue, are not really harmful to his life and just only to scare KalMa and drive Kalyani to take drastic steps. (I am not sure if such meds exist but not expecting too much logic)

Swara would never intentionally harm a child. I just meant that she gets blackmailed easily too.

As Gayu pointed out, Pillu becomes blue only when his parents are not with him.

If this Trilok is indeed instructing someone in AN, he had a perfect opportunity yesterday when he went to call the commissioner and complain about Malhar. He could have called his pawn in AN too in that gap before Kalyani got a call from Swara.

Poor little Pillu is being utilised and he's not ill.

Suhana seems to be getting attached to Kalyani and as Sas said, this guy has the potential to blackmail Kallu to marry him.

If it leads to another forced marriage or blackmail, it’s the same story with different villains all the time. I still don’t understand why every time it has to be separate the leads, misunderstanding and to marry Kalyani by majboor in all plots, to use Pillu or Mai to blackmail her.
