He's giving paisa to the daily wagers taking the burden off Maha Govt isliye all rules are relaxed for Bhai. Article mein bhi stated so subtly (...not) that he went to see if all ongoing relief work handled by his dad is running smoothly or not

I would guess that was parent's decision. They might have preferred staying amongst their bantais. Parents can be obstinate like that.

They had gone farmhouse to party so they got stuck when lockdown was announced, Ridhima case was in lockdown 2 and Ridhima was in delhi n rishi in mumbai different states, even then she was allowed road pass 

Now it's lockdown 4 and inter state and intra state travels are now easily  allowed with passes

Pata nahin, but the blind was fun. It said Sallu had been given steroid to get in shape for Sultan. And the firangi trainer hired by the studio had to call a few girls to tease sallus pappu.

I guess they forced him to take steroid so they felt responsible for his non functioning pappu.

Those Sultan days were fun 🤣
