I think by the type of dice they've shown, there can be only 8 numbers and not 12. Then what is pau-barah? 9?😆

I dunno if it was the same game but even Devrath was shown playing Chausar with Shantanu in the initial episodes and he said that even Devtaas played the game.😆

It's interesting tho! We should try and make a board and play it in our homes and see (without the betting of course), what say?

Technically it would still have six sides, but the probability that the dice will fall such as one of the smallest faces show will be negligible, so practically there would be only four faces

I think those dice were like we have today, BRC might have made it cuboid to show some variation from the current dice and didn't realize they are making a blunder and the shows which aired later just followed the suit(just like Shakuni became limb in all the later serials)

Maybe the numbers started from 3 in those dice. Just trying to justify this

So now I got the origin of the proverb Pau Barah Hona (meaning getting the best luck) ye game chalta hoga tab and getting highest number in both the dice would have been considered great luck (like we want 6 in Ludo these days)

Varna A4 paper pe scale lagaake draw! I tried bachpan mein ekbaar BRC ka hi dekhke, was too lazy to finish it then! 🤣

Also yep, I never thought much about the shape of the dice, that was pretty weird now I think about it!
