She is fickle minded,cant comprehend the reality and very impulsive in reacting.Such people can never work to a plan.

For 3 months he knows she had issues with her family( which he says she told him) ,uses her to fulfill his needs( emotional and physical) and then sermonizes on how he dislikes people who cannot be loyal to their family.

If I was Sana, I would given him a tight slap when he said that.

She is shameless to share the same bed, repeatedly approach him to pamper him, shed a few tears and bear the insult.

I dont see any redemption for her and she will reach the top four for her screen presence and " i dont care approach" and she will be as easily forgotten as remembered during this year.
