Most PHs can't afford outdoor shoots for a long period of time. They simply don't have the budget for it.

I can only remember Ekta's Pardes being set in Austria for a long period. Otherwise all shows can only manage to do shoots for a few days, a week at most. Besides, Pardes was only possible because it was a Balaji production. No one other PH would have been able to pull it off. 😂
