Since this Southern movie went on to be a certified blockbuster down south earlier this year there have been many Hindi makers eyeing to get the remaking rights of the film. So much so, depending on who you talk to there are not one but three makers who are actively claiming that the rights of the movie belong to them and actors have also been approached separately by the makers for their respective movies as we type. But you also know that three producers can’t possibly have the remaking rights of the movie. The main call still is of the original south producer who is being pursued to relinquish the rights of the film. It will be interesting to see which production house finally lands the rights of the movie eventually and also which actor finally will get to play the role. The makers have to move quickly though because time is surely of the essence in this case…
