Is Rangoli part of BW?

I'm puzzled why Rangoli, who works for Kangana Ranaut - supposedly one of the biggest most amazing actresses in BW - tweeting about other BW personalities presumably on behalf of Kangana (one of the biggest most amazing actresses in BW!) is not related to BW and therefore those topics have to be immediately closed.

Compared say, to a stylist working for a BW star liking (or not liking I forget) an Instagram post... which was allowed to be posted and ran 15 pages without being locked.

So IFers please explain the rules to me so I can distinguish why Rangoli working for Kangana and tweeting directly about producers, actors and critics isn't BW enough for the forum?

I don't know about Rangoli but Kjo, anushka, deepika and alia are definitely part of BW

Isn't she sort of managing her sister? So that would make her part of Bollywood

I was surprised too! If Kangana's manager/sister keeps attacking other Bollywood stars, why cannot she be discussed here. Everyone knows it is Kangana herself using that account.
