BGMC Crashes. 50 lac 2nd fri. Stree still going strong :BOI

Batti Gul Meter Chalu has crashed out on the eight day with collections showing a huge drop. The match probably affected the film but it was in the tune of a 10-15 lakhs probably which hardly makes a difference. The film has no chance of reaching the even the 40 crore nett mark after this drop and could finish at a little over 35 crore nett. The collections of Batti Gul Meter Chalu till date are as follows

Week One - 31,50,00,000 apprx

Friday - 50,00,000 apprx

TOTAL - 32,00,00,000 apprx

Stree is still running although it had its biggest fall in its run so far as it came up against bigger competition in the form of Sui Dhaaga - Made In India. It could be the first time that the film has a 50% fall week on week but there is the holiday on Tuesday which could boost the collections.

Despite the drop it is still on course to beat Raazi and could do so by the end of the third week. The collections of Stree till date are as follows.
