After seeing Nandini's condition it seems Mauli is about to give Kunal in charity and file for divorce.They will get one month time from court.

Meanwhile Dida will fake Heartattack to use that one month to unite them.What will Nandu do in this 1 month?What will be mauli's final

decision?Will she forgive Nandu?

it can not be termed as charity or mahanta unless kunal is still interested to be with mauli. mauli is an intelligent woman she knows that even if she wants kunal to be with her , she can not keep him without him being interested..

mauli is no vamp or manipulative woman who will start emotional drama to make him feel guilty and be with her..

she has seen nandini in a devastated state and she is confused, hurt, shocked, sad , sympathetic to see nandini like this.. there is not only one emotion involved.. its not only pity.. but she is hurt too that how and why nandini let her emotions develop to this extent..

no wife can accept another woman's love for her husband this easily..

she is feeling bad for nandini deep down in her heart thats why the dialogue "yeh kya kr rhi hu nandini tum, kunal se pagalo ki tarah pyaar." (soemthing like that)

dida and heart attack haha. no idea..

edited - oh wait i forget to comment on the main question..

mauli may walk away from their life but she is not giving them a clean chit.. i dont know if it is forgiveness.. i guess its not
