Disagree with what you said about anita and karishma. Anita really does fit into the naagin franchise, karishma was actually surprisingly good in this episode, otherwise I usually think nothing of her, although I really think rajat way overshadowed her, as he usually overshadows actors in shows anyways.Surbhi on the other hand, I can't see why people like surbhi. Whenever I watch her acting, she's always overdoing the bubbly girl role, so I get annoyed, or where she has to enact a serious scene her voice ruins it. Her voice seems only fit to play a bubbly and playful role.And thank god though I found someone who agrees with me on pearl. His acting was awful in life ok's nagarjun, a show that he ruined with his presence and one expression acting when he took over from the surprisingly younger and significantly more natural actor anshuman malhotra who was the lead before him. It was horrid seeing anshuman as the male lead in the show who was actually a really decent to very good actor, to then be replaced by pearl, who killed the entire show with his awful performance. I don't trust him to put on a good show in naagin either. What is wrong with Ekta? She's going to regret hiring him. 😆

Tanna is past her expiry date.
Never could act much but now the fact that she is an old haggard spinster outweighs the fact that she is a sultry seductress.
She is an actress who bores me the moment when she enters the screen

Both Tanna and Tokas were fighting each other over who will overact and kill the scene better.
Anita...Maybe if she was not simultaneously coming on YHM as Shagun and was not an overexposed face of TV , she could have worked for me.
But no way.
I consider her as OTT-she no way has the charisma , screen presence and strong acting skills of Adaa
Uparse age is getting the better of her.
She is not even a funny and entertaining villain like Sudha maam.
Surbhi...She looks like a Transgender IMO
Horrible enunciation, Horrible looks , horrible voice...she literally makes me pine for Mouni to come back.
When I used to dislike her earlier LOL.
Atleast Mouni had oodles of grace ,dancing talent and a good voice.
Surbhi is a Fug.
Overall as bad as the story is(coming to it a bit later), it is the casting which kills the show in first look.
Very lazy, uninspiring and stale with the same old stereotyped actors.
No guts for experimentation castingwise.
Even Naagin S1 had people who were renowned for being stereotyped...but atleast they looked fresh and interesting for the time being unlike these fugly Aunties and Uncles who makes me bleach my eyes and tire out my brain.
The funky thing about Pearl is that he is supposed to be the main plot device around which the future story will revolve (McGuffin Naagmani aside) and is also hyped to be the eye candy.
Unfortunately for him, Pearl (honestly when he first appeared in the scene, I thought he is a "she") is neither talented enough to play such a "pivotal" role nor he is good looking enough to play the lead role.
Atleast Arjun back in the day was fresh enough and is a decent actor given proper role (his new show is helter skelter though).
But Pearl...I would rather swat him off the screen over tolerating 1 line of dialogue from his squeaky voice and horrible enunciation and that chindi smile of his that irritates me to the core.
And finally, the story.
I haven't seen any of the episodes yet, but it looks like a huge disaster.
Season 1 had a simple story with maa baba ka baadla and naagmani.
S2 though a trainwreck had a followable story which you can enjoy while keeping your brains outside the skull.
But S3 is WAY Too overcomplicated story wise IMO.
They have already made it a simple revenge love story, but the back story is too complex to handle for a layman.
Stacks of notes with flowcharts and all is not enough to understand the grand mess Kekta has created.
The script is horribly written too.
Already looks like a flop.
What I don't understand is that, why Kekta casts more qualified actors like Mishal Raheja, Neel Motwani and Ali Goni in side roles for her shows and then tries to put Irrelevant Jokers like that Dahiya and PVP down our throats as heroes?😲
It doesn't help that Surbhi looks like Pearl's aunty and Pearl looks like Anita's Chhotu Driver .🤪
This show with its faltu cast is an imminent disaster.
Naagin brand might help, but Kekta really needs to get her game straight else she is gonna suffer.😆
Oh, Kekta is big fan of jhaar fuunk and superstitions.
And none of Pearl's shows were hits and tends to be short run-infact, Naagarjun went off air within months of Pearl's entry🤣
Given the propensity of Pearl's shows being short run flops,Kekta shouldn't have hired him for TRP's sake.🥱
