The first episode gave an end to Shivangi's story and made way for a new story. As a viewer, I am disappointed with the end of Shivangi's story. They didn't say why her own father wanted her dead and why her husband complied with his wishes. And sadly, we may never know. I really wanted a proper ending for Shivangi's story before the new story began. But anyways, let bygones be bygones.

The new story started with Shivji's pooja and that scene was shot rather beautifully. The story is pretty much simple. Karishma and Rajat did a good job as the naag-naagin couple. Surprisingly, I liked their chemistry. And we got a small glimpse of our hero in the episode while the heroine is still a mystery. I think they showed her for a brief second in the precap. But right now the story is all about the vengeful naagin and her revenge. How the rest of the characters fit into this will be interesting to watch. Overall, the episode was quite OK and I hope they improve in the coming episodes.

they kind of brushed off shivangi's story and ended it in a cliffhanger which didn't make much sense!!

I'm guessing that one of SJ and Anita is Shivangi and one is Karishma's character waali naagin in disguise... Because I don't think they'd have shown that little track of Shivangi if they wanted to not give any kind of closure to the audiences and maybe somehow Shivangi survived or something 'miraculous' happened and one of Anita or SJ is her new form and the other is Karishma's disguise...

I think they could have given a proper ending to her story. Maybe they left it hanging so that they can use her story in future, if necessary.

But didn't they specifically say that Shivangi is dead and her story is over. They may not use her in this series since her name is attached to Mouni. Also bringing Shivangi back means they will have to bring back Rocky and Ritik too since they are part of her story. That may complicate this season's story. I would prefer that they leave Shivangi's story for the time being and concentrate on this season's story. If they want, they can bring back Shivangi in another season.

Since I didn't watch the 2nd season , I'm least interested to see any continuation with it. So , I trust the makers when they say that Shivangi's story is over.

I believe they kept that angle open so that in case Mouni could make time , they could do further seasons with her , like Naagin season 4 etc.

Coming to the new story , Karishma has zero chemistry with Rajat and their height difference ( Karishma looking taller than RT 😆 ) looked odd to me . So I was really glad when her Naag husband got killed off . I was like, " Chalo , picha chuta ! " 😆

Pearl V Puri looked really handsome and fresh . I'm now looking forward to the next episodes , mainly Surbhi's entry since I am watching the show chiefly for her . Anita's naagin gave me strong vamp vibes from the precap only.

Today's episode was strictly ok for me . It felt more like a prelude or preview rather than a definite pilot.

For me Karishma and Rajat looked much better than I expected. But I didn't like Karishma's acting at all. It's sad that they took Rajat for such a brief role. Should have brought in some side actor (who was bit taller too). Pearl was looking stylish in today's episode. But he didn't have much to do today so will have to wait and watch for his acting. Even I am excited for Surbhi's entry and to see how she fits into the story. Also I am eager to see Pearl and Surbhi's pairing. Anita's character may fall for Pearl's character in the future and may turn negative. I agree that there wasn't much in the first episode. It was more like an introduction of the main villains and also to promote Veere Di Wedding. The main story will start from tomorrow with Surbhi and Anita's entry.

thank god,I thought I was the only one who found rajat and tanna's pairing odd 😆..to be frank not a fan of karishma tanna especially after watching her in bigg boss and didn't like her much as the naagin,I think ada was better.not really a fan of surbhi jyoti too but I think I would wait n see how she would play the character. would like to see more of rajat though as I think he is a pretty decent actor n cute too 😆

Well said ,even I m also disappointed regarding the Shivangi's story. I think writer is still confused and he has no explanation :(

About the new story, I like the starting but I didn't like the male lead opp. Surbhi. Surprisingly Karishma and Rajat's pair looks good onscreen.. I like the pair
