We have a WhatsApp group called The Kapoor Girls, says Sonam on rift with Kareena

Sonam Kapoor is working with Kareena Kapoor in her home production film, Veere Di Wedding. The film will hit the screens on June 1, 2018.

Sonam Kapoor has quashed the rumours of fight with her Veere Di Wedding co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan. She says they have a special WhatsApp group totally dedicated to them.

In a conversation with Mid-Day, Sonam said, "There's no rivalry between us. In fact, Bebo, me, Rhea and Lolo have a WhatsApp group, called The Kapoor Girls. We post each other's yesteryear pictures on it.

She further said that they have proved that "women can work with each other and get along.

Sonam and Kareena are mostly hand in hand during Veere Di Wedding promotions. Talking at the film's trailer launch earlier this month, Sonam had revealed her equations with her co-stars. She said, "I'm working with friends, so chemistry was not hard to achieve. Kareena is my favourite hero to work with. People expect women to pull other women down. What's amazing is to bond together and rule the world.

Veere Di Wedding is directed by Shashanka Ghosh and produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor. It releases on June 1.

Interestingly, the film will clash with Bhavesh Joshi Superhero at the box office, which stars Sonam's brother Harshvardhan Kapoor in the lead role.
