Avni's faulty parvarish to Saesha!

i have been reading Simmi's replies in other thread and something she said about Avni had got me thinking and i wanted to make a separate post on that

Ya Avni should have told her the truth about her parents...maybe she thought she was protecting her. But saesha being a spoilt brat, who thinks that her infatuation for a movie star is love...that's all on saesha. Avni didn't raise her to be that way. Also Avni may not have been bashing up goons like before but she did teach them all to be independent and responsible. She taught her self defence but unlike the impulsive Avni she restrained herself and also taught the kids self restraint. Honestly the only thing in avni's character I don't connect with at all is the fact that she didn't go back to Neil, that she didn't keep tabs on him, that she stayed away for 10 years...but the duration of separation unfortunately we have to deal with now. And mahaanta is a necessary attribute for our FLs...she empathized with mishtis troubled childhood, child abuse and took care of her despite her parents being the root cause of all the problems in her life...but the CVs/channel have to make it larger than life. So instead of just allowing the viewers to see that Avni has provided her good education and a safe place to stay they have shown as if her whole life revolves around that kid and now that kid has turned into a selfish brat. I can understand her need to know who her parents are but yelling at Avni is of no use.we are given to assume that she didn't care about all this for the last 18 years until suddenly kk showed up and she felt that he won't accept an orphan...that's shallow! And I'm sure from what they have shown us that Avni didn't raise them to be ashamed of the fact that they are orphans. As much as I don't connect with avni's "compulsion" to stay away I don't think she has ever held back on providing all those kids the best possible upbringing! So girgits personality is a result of her genetic makeup and not avni's parvarish!

very interesting perspective got me thinking 🤓 TBH i didn't see avni giving any gyan to any of the kids because post leap all we saw was week neelangana and i could never connect with her and how was planning to teach these kids to fight for themselves or with the society when she herself was not ready to fight😕

They don't show everything ..unki purani habit hai. But when saesha was in the jungle we saw that she remembers everything Avni taught her. She knew that if they couldn't call she could leave a text message which would help track the location. So Avni did teach them to be streetsmart. Mowgli knew his address and found his way home, Samrat is a smart cookie too...so avni's darpokness was I think meant to be a way of making sure that she set an example of self restraint. She wanted to raise them to be calm and collected like Neil and not fiery impulsive like Avni used to be. Yesterday that scene was poorly written. My understanding is that Avni did change into the Sahmi hui neilanjana but there is the Avni inside her which rears rears its head whenever required.

But if you remember saisha was asking avni to teach all self defense and she promised to teach her if she studied well I don't know suddenly they showed that scene where she taught her to fight

Basically there's no connect between scenes they just write them without thinking

Can't expect plot continuity with them yaar. Saesha asked her to put her in a class but finally avni herself taught her. I feel like she taught her these things over the years...mainly usingcommon sense...because saesha was definitely more brave and sensible than kk in the jungle. Other kids also in small scattered scenes have shown that they are smart and have some common sense.Andthatwas because of avni Not tara,sitara,sunheri. also girgit herself said that jaan di is darpok but when it comes to her she transforms so we have to assume that in the past also avni has given them all glimpses of her real self but they obviously didn't know that all those glimpses we're the real avni.inall these aspects avni has been ok but the one thing we can't connect with is not going back to Neil, not even looking out for him. That too for 10 years. 1-2 saal ka leap hota you we could still somehow reconcile with it but 10 years is too long. They don't think before they write. They took a leap now they have to struggle to make us relate to avni and to distract us they are introducing all these tracks with girgit. I guess they will eventually show us that Neil forgives avni because she has taken such good care of the kids mainly girgit and since she's mahaan she deserves to be forgiven! And the way it's going us audience will take it also because already unko show main milke 2 hafte hone ko hai...so if we want to see Avneil reunion we have to accept it no matter how it happens although I wish they showed us Avneil having another heart to heart with a calmer Neil who will listen to avni or maybe khannas, sunheri, DD,diary etc being used as tools for Neil to forgive avni and avni herself feeling genuinely remorseful and being able to tell Neil that she feels she's a bad omen and Neil understanding how deep her insecurities ran and how damaged she was despite having him because they never had any peace in their life and no time to heal...these are the things they should show. but the show makers are not exploiting the potential of yet another track. God help them. I just want to watch Avneil...for as long ss possible! l
