That's why I used Jodha Akar song for my PriNal VM
Because PV uses lot of urdu words 😆
And didn't select this song for SiRa as they spoke shudh hindi 😆😆

I asked a similar question in Life Ok's Chandrakanta forum but I was told that Islam existed in India from long as some Muslims invaded India in 7th or 8th century. That show was set in 11th century. So it's fine if the show had some urdu words too. And if the makers use too much shudh hindi then many people may get bored. And also we don't know which hindi words were really used or not used in 10th century. Pakistan and Bangladesh were earlier part of Bharat only so some urdu words are used.

Well, I don't think that the makers have not paid attention to the language or words used in the dialogues...

Arab traders landed on the western coast of India as early as the 7th century
U can refer to the following wikipedia link for more info:

Also Urdu evolved from some medieval language around 6th-13th century, although it wasn't the same as now
U can refer to the following link:

As we all know Prtihvi, besides being a warrior n everything else, is also a poet n urdu words make for a great presence in poems
Prithvi or anyone else using Urdu words in dialogues wouldn't be remiss since Urdu was already present then according to history

This is just what I had found...
