Disclaimer- Bashers please stay away. Even I love the leads of the show. This is no bash post but just a small critic post.

I was intrigued for this show ever since the first promo aired because this was one of a kind starting from the promo itself.
I am highly fond of historical shows & its execution on TV. And honestly, everything about this show is perfect, sets, actors, VFX, basic historical facts, costume, even the fact that they used native language to talk with native people (African language), and that is something not really seen in Indian historical shows. For Indian audience, it's a fresh change indeed.
But I am bit disappointed with the dialogues the main characters speak. They use too many Urdu, Persian words. This show is set in 10-11th century period & till then there were rarely any Urdu words known on Indian subcontinent. Even Hindi wasn't that popular back then, but considering that this is an Indian show made for mainstream Hindi audience, they could have used pure Hindi words in the dialogues. Like Vish (Zahar), Soochna (Khabar) & many other.
Historical shows are more effective if they do justice to small but basic aspects of that era.
