I understand why Avni made a plan B, though honestly that was wrong because now Mishti was proved to be Vidyut and Juhi's daughter so running with her away would be kidnapping! Neil was planning to hand the child to a child protection service, prove her parents are not fit to take care of her and then ask for her custody legally, that was a logical solution for the long run and it stays a logical solution for the long run even if Vidyut and Juhi run away with their child.

Now about making the plan B itself, you don't promise ur husband that you won't do something while he begged u not and to think about him at least once before doing it and then go behind his back and do it intentionally that too without the situation at that particular moment being urgent just because you think he won't understand, then don't promise at first place, because if you promise and u break it then don't blame him if he gets angry at you or thinks you don't value him! Sorry that's too much honestly, Me being a woman if my husband promises me something which we agreed on and he breaks it on purpose before even some situation comes into play then I would be deeply hurt, and if he does it every time I would honestly think about my value and reconsider the entire relationship, we know it's not the first time Avni did it, I mean the way Avni did even during Rang Mahal track when he said he would sign the divorce papers then sorry that person can't be blamed, if you ask me Neil is the most understanding husband I've ever seen on indian tv and he is too forgiving

We are not talking about intentions here, I know Avni's intentions are good, but think about it from a principle point of view!

Neil promised her happiness yes, more than once, but it's an abstract concept, he didn't break some practical promise when it was in his hand to keep it and that makes the difference!

I second you that she was wrong in going against her words & making a plan anyway after she promised otherwise. I know it would have been kidnapping If Avni executed her plan, but that's who Avni is from the beginning she will resort to that option if it means to save Mishti from her own parents. Avni is good but not necessarily right. Then again if Neil would have adopted legal option first time alone instead of sending Avni there & abducting Mishti, then all of these could have been avoided. At that time Mishti was supposed to be Juhi & his daughter, he could have gone legal way & bring Mishti in to Khanna house. Neither Vidhyut & Avni would have met nor he would have gotten obsessed with her. But yes, he would still have planned a revenge to try snatching Mishti away from him & for his Mamoni's sake. In this whole fiasco Neil & Avni both are wrong at some point. Avni was wrong in going against her word & as her husband Neil's anger would have been justified there. I never said Neil didn't have a right to be angry with her. He certainly do.

In a principle point of view, Avni was wrong. But I don't think you get the meaning of my post. Her making plans behind Neil's back to run away & in a way kidnap Mishti is wrong. But saying she is in this situation bcz she made plan from the beginning & not wait for dire circumstances is wrong. Even if she would not have made this plan, she would be in this situation. Bcz she never runaway with Mishti. I said what I said bcz in that post, post maker said Avni was responsible for her situation bcz she runaway with Mishti. I never said she is right in a principle way to even plan to run away but her planning plan B is not the reason bcz of which she is behind the bars.

Neil is a firm believer in law but he knows it has its limitations, law needs evidence, which he doesn't have, so the very few urgent cases where he was compelled to break law it was only till he gets evidence, his intention was never I guess to break law foreover, or to make it his way in life

Avni on the other hand lost her faith in the system since her childhood, we know the impact that childhood experiences have on people, I heard that Avni as a child did all she could and gathered evidence to punish DVM for the murder of her mom, but when she was betrayed by a police officer to whom she handed evidence, she lost her trust on the system, with Neil she started a little bit to think about law but whenever some difficult situation came up she broke law without listening to Neil. She has that anger in her, that urge to even kill at times which is very dangerous, and Neil has been trying to protect her against that only!

Hey yaa I agree with your opinion.
I have a doubt whether your are saying this
in contradiction or approving my pov. 😆
Anyways,

Lots of love

Umm... Wait what? Avni didn't run away with Mishti, she was planning to if Neil's plan didn't work & Vidhyut plays another game of his own. I don't understand why people says Avni ran away with Mishti, she didn't bring Mishti there in the first place, she was with DD & Ballu kidnapped Mishti from there & Vidhyut was the one who was running or pretending to run away with Mishti, that's why she fought with Vidhyut's goons & then ran after his car. Even if she didn't plan to make plan B, she would have run after that car & all these would still have happened. If Neil would have been in Avni's place, even he would have run after that car, it's just that he would not have point the gun to Juhi. But because she booked tickets, it just added to evidences against her, circumstantial evidence against her. Vidhyut & Ragini were after Avni & they started trapping her when Juhi joined hands with them & that's why even if she didn't booked tickets, there would have been evidence against her. She would still have been accused for Juhi's murder.

They didn't bring up the topic of the distance from which bullet was fired bcz apparently that's not a thing or evidence in TV serial world, she struggled with Ballu when he pointed his gun to her & that was planned & that's why there would have been gun powder on her hand anyway. So if you are going to blame Avni for her arrest, then the only reason for that can be because she developed a bond with Mishti & attached herself with her, but if so people even gets attached to their animal pets than Mishti still was a human & a little child at that. They didn't question why Vidhyut's car was in the area & why his phone location was there, bcz if I remember correctly Neil reached there bcz of Vidhyut's phone location. But of course those weren't enough evidences to go against the villain, but Avni PLANNING to run away with Mishti IF Neil's plan fails is evidence enough to arrest the heroine. & yes, her pointing gun towards Juhi was wrong & you can blame Avni for that, but not for being cautious & planning to run away if things goes wrong.

Hey DD wasn't with Avni when she was executing her plan B . DD was ordered by Neil to complete the procedures of Juhi's arrest and he was accompanied by Prakash . I don't think I'm wrong here coz remember DD and Prakash were attacked by Vidyut's goons so that Juhi could escape. I agree even Neil would have run after the car . But her standing in middle of highway with Misti didn't sit with me . She reacted even before Neil could make any arrane for Misti's custody . That's why I said she ran away

Rest I never expected them to give importance to forensics or why Vidyut's car was present there . That's too much to expect

No. Avni wasn't the one who brought Mishti there. I think you need to watch the episode again, Avni was clearly surprised to see Mishti there. Of course DD wasn't with Avni, I didn't say he was supposed to be with her. I think DD either was supposed to take Mishti to child protection center or DD already dropped her there. I think Mishti was with DD in the car & Vidhyut kidnapped her from there when he blast the police car & Juhi ran away on her own and I clearly remember Vidhyut telling Juhi
, he don't care what happens with her, & if he don't care then why did he blast the car? To kidnap Mishti of course. Vidhyut was the one who kidnapped Mishti from child protection Centre or wherever DD was supposed to put her or on theur way there. Avni was just planning to run away if these whole legal procedures are no help & only asked to book tickets in advance, so she can go in hiding & Mishti can be safe if Vidhyut is planning something dangerous & dire situation arises.

Also i remember now Prakash went with DD to convince the authorities that Mishti will get best care with them then with her own parents & so Mishti was with them & not Avni. I think you fast forwarded the whole episode & that's why missed out so many details. 😛
