Allow me to share A small spoiler on th e show😳
From my source and bestie friend i got a confirmation that our beloved sharanya and shiv are grey characters. And this deewana is vyom which the title indicates.
After getting this update my mind wandered around the possibility of twist the story has
I think on first accident shiv and sharu have met and they fell in love thereafter.
And later one day circumstances occured where sharu and shiv decided to fool and trap a rich guy for their need.(possibility)
As per plan sharu executed it and vyom falls head over heels love with her. This was a plan she needed to do acting but shiv realized sharu was getting affected by vyoms charm and love. One day when shiv confronted her for letting vyom so much near to him. Vyom hears/sees it all hence he always mentioned teesra admi in every line he speaks.
But vyom behaviour never changed for sharu and maybe this was the reason sharu thought to choose vyom over shiv. Here the rajan who is practically obsessed of son happiness. Plan and kills shiv at flower shop.meanwhile sharu and vyom who were going to her parents house to tell them about their relationship meets with an accident. I think shiv's spirit is responsible for the accident. He wanted to harm either of two sharu or vyom. And this way she went into coma.
One thing is clear sharu fav flower are not those white one's they were actually of shiv's.
Shiv has a strong impact over sharu but she has a belief on vyom. I can see she calms down instantly when he is near but the ghosty never lets these two get near.
