Maybe. Maybe not. Sharanya and shiv were definitely lovers in the past. If shara ya chose vyom over shiv there is no need for shiv to be murdered. But I agree that endgame is vyom, so not sure
He can be guilty. Having said that, he looked guilty as hell in the new promo.
