Why didn't Rishi Say Tanuja is his Wife in Hearing?

Rishi has seen all the documents and came to know that she is not married to anyone else. Still during that hearing, why didn't he say that Tanuja is his wife?

Haa yaar he could have said that. I felt, in this battle of wining Natasha both are forgetting that they are eternal lovers that they can easily give their life for each other. I said these words because when AK's lawyer questioned Rishi about Netta's being good to Natz I thought Rishi will say that she is not my wife but he didn't say that because he thought he will loose case when his relation with Netra comes out.

May be bcoz of netra ...if he had said tanuja is his wife then ques will be arise ki who is netra to him

But Divya I don't think rishi thinks like if he reveals nethra truth of not married he ll lose..as it ll be advantage only to rishi..custody case mainly matters financial and emotional support only
