Can someone tell me what went wrong with Ameesha Patel's face?

The following pictures are 10 years apart, is this a normal aging process?

Fellow actresses her age such as Kajol or Shilpa Shetty have not had a drastic change in appearance compared to her.

Is this the affect of excessive alcohol consumption or even drugs?

Age or not, she still looks so young & so good for her age! I think she would be in her early 40s atleast. She was much better looking before though. She should also change up her styling. She has awful & extremely tacky clothes, makes her look like a complete senseless socialite.

i think water sucked out of her cheeks and therefore she is looking like a skeleton...dehydrated.

it happens with age but i dont think so its just age. hopefully she is not ill...it could also be effect of drugs..drinking..smoking and maybe trying to achieve size zero.

anyway i cant point out to exact cause but she looks terrible.
