Was not the second picture taken during pregnancy or just after. The cheeks do get swollen. Itni biology toh anni chahiye...😆

At least she has fuller cheeks and that's why manage to look young but look at karishma she is aging so badly ... wearing beautiful clothes but face wise looking so bad

Those were her pregnancy cheeks. But even though I'm not the greatest fan of Kareena. But when she entered she had the best cheek bones in Bollywood at the time. Karishma' bone structure doesn't compare in miles. There is actually no competition between them in looks.
