Will Karishma Kapoor get any share from her ex husband’s wealth?

Can Karishma get any share of her ex husband Sanjay Kapoor’s wealth after he passed away even she got divorced from him years ago and then he remarried? Because she still has two kids with him and they have the right to get wealth from their father even if their parents got divorced. I heard that his current wife will get 50% of his wealth and the other 50% will go to his three kids. So in that case, Karishma will also get some share of the wealth since both of her kids are still young. He had net worth of 10,300 crore. Now pretend if each kids get 15% or 16% of the wealth, then it will around 3000 crore and Karishma will be the second richest actress after Juli Chawla since she is still taking care of the kids and the kids are not fully independent yet. Few years later, they might take over their dad’s business but now they are still dependent on their mom.

Karisma is divorced. She is not going to get anything unless Sunjay's mother wants to. She might have got alimony at the time of divorce.

Her kids will get their share of the property. Samaira is an adult, she legally deserves share of her father's property. Kiaan is a minor. I never realized how rich Sunjay was until his death, he is not just rich..he is wealthy!! Between the sisters, i guess Karishma had the actual wealthy husband while kareena had royal husband.

Hopefully he had a will, and will have given fair share to all his three kids.

Not sure if he's n touch. He's also so rich. I saw one interview, Sanjay went to admit her n columbia university. Her father doesn't go there i believe.
