I think Karan Singh Grover got married too soon to women he is not compatible with. I have seen both men and women do this repeatable and it is unfortunate for them.
If he stayed married to his ex wives they would have not found someone they are compatible with. Jennifer Wingers time will come to find that person she is compatible with
I don't think he married Bipasha Bash for money either. She is in the same boat as him career wise. Maybe they have a connection.

People make mistakes.
Also people say Hrithik got divorced because of his many affairs. No one knows what happened.
I have known people get divorced for other things other than affairs or anything sinister like abuse. The simple fact they had different goals.
One who wants to see the world whilst the other is fine doing the same things over and over again. They both don't agree on what their lives should be.
