Why can Kangana not be defended without attacking someone else? Let me try your game, Hrithik may have had the BV of 2016 but his flop still managed to grow Saturday and Sunday despite a clash with an eventual 100cr film. Kaabil (again clashing) is a semi hit or hit depending on which site you trust. Kangana has had 3flops in a row followed by a disaster in the making with no growth over the weekend and NO CLASH. It is only for home productions that the claims about serious box office collection inflation is leveled at Hrithik. If he were responsible all his films would be inflated. It's only when his father is involved and his father is responsible for it. You don't get to choose your family and most sons can't control their fathers. I don't always understand his loyalty to his uncle (who doesn't create great music) and his father (with mathematical disabilities) but I respect it; it's not overly common in BW. And since you believe bad behavior can be justified by pointing out other people's, let me point out everyone inflates collections (including Rangoon), Roshan senior just takes it a bit more seriously than others. 😆 When SR Roshan decides to inflate, he really commits. 😉

Maybe if she inflated this wouldn't have been so humiliating 😆

@Maroon5.0 - I realize it's hard to tell because the numbers are so small but according to Indicine and BOI, Rangoons producers figures are inflated. LOL

Just like Kangu could not promote Rangoon without bringing in HR, fans cannot prove her stardom without putting HR down 😆
BOI 5 crores 1st day
Producers 6.5 crores

ye inflation nahi hai to kya hai 😆 Obviously 5 ka 15 to nahi karenge na.

The only reason HR is brought up is because HR's fans make the most obnoxious comments about Kangana. To criticise is one thing, but to make insulting remarks is quite another!

As far as inflation is concerned, 5 to 8 or so could have been done but fortunately the makers don't have intentions of misleading the public/trade unlike some people. 😆 BOI and producers' figures have about 1.5 cr difference, which is hardly a big deal! Nearly all films have a small difference based on approximations, because BOI tends to give conservative figures.
Inflation happens when day in day out, producers give figures that have several crores of difference from real numbers.

Seriously it was too unsuccessful to even try inflation. There have to be some people in the theater to overestimate them. Producers have stopped reporting figures.

I hope that Kangana does what she was just saying she does with failure and learn from it (KR said constructive criticism "adds to me and to my growth") and not reflexively blame other people or just refuse to accept it happened at all or she played any part in it.

While I hope she stops obsessing about Hrithik, it couldn't hurt her to read the occasional quote :)

"Making a film in itself should be a fulfilling process. If you don't enjoy that, then you only have yourself to blame. So, I'm not a person who ever blames another, neither do I complain or explain. The failure of Mohenjo Daro was a very centering experience, because in the failure, you seek the truth and the truth really sets you free...
When you're young, you don't really know what to look forward to when things don't work out in your career. The simple things you learn are basics, which is courage. Take the hit, move forward and still believe that the best will manifest [itself] in a big way...You need to understand that your results are a way to stimulate yourself and to recalibrate yourself, your directors and thoughts about certain things." - Hrithik Roshan
