The wait is finally over for Indian hip hop fans. Kanye West, who now goes by Ye, has announced his first ever concert in the country. The Grammy winning rapper will perform on March 29 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi.

Tickets for the concert will go live on February 18, 2026 at 4 PM on the District booking platform. With Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium set as the venue, expectations are sky high.
This marks Ye’s India debut, a major moment for the country’s rapidly growing live music scene. Known for tracks like Through the Wire, Stronger, Heartless and Runaway, the 48 year old artist has shaped global hip hop culture for over two decades.
Mumbai Fans React Online

As soon as the Delhi date was revealed, Mumbai based fans flooded social media with reactions. Many expressed excitement for India, but disappointment for their city. Comments ranged from hopeful pleas to confident predictions that another show could be added soon.
Some believe that once ticket sales surge, organisers might announce an additional Mumbai date. For now, however, Delhi remains the only confirmed stop on Ye’s India visit.
