Brilliant TZP lyrics...

The one thing that stood out for me in TZP are the beautiful lyrics by Prasoon Joshi...

I am yet to come across better words to describe children and childhood..

" yeh to hai sardi mein Dhoop ki Kirane

Utrein Aangan ko sunehra sa karne

Man ke andheron ko roshan sa kar dein

Thithurti hatheli ki rangat badal dein....

Kho na jaayen yeh...taare Zameen Par "

and these words are perfectly fit any mother - son relationship, especially because boys are usually not very demonstrative

" main kabhi batlata nahin

par andhere se darta hoon main maa

yun to main dikhlata nahin

teri parwah karta hoon main maa

tujhe sab pata haina meri maa.."

And this is imaginative humour at best for kids

"bhala machliyan bhi kyun udti nahin

aisa bhi socho na

Socho Suraj roz nahaye ya

baal bhigo ke yeh budhu baneye hume

yeh saare taare timatimaye

ya phir gusse mein kuch badbadate rahein..."

I hope Prasoon Joshi sweeps ALL awards for best lyrics 👏

I swear,that Ma song really made me cry my eyes out.😭The lyrics really touched my heart.......absolutely beautiful.Prasoon has done a commendable job.👍🏼

The whole movie was amazing i saw it last night... 😳 normally i dnt cry at movies... but ydy i sobbed like anything..

The song Ma was really well put together, the scenes with the song lyrics fit soo well..

Brilliant movie that can inspire many..

I think TZP has to win for lyrics.. its got meaning.. something many songs today have lost...

i agree i just love all the songs of TZP parsoon deserve to get an award

best film of bollywood no item song no affairs no re-mix sexy song no girl but film is bettwr than any one.

such good songs with so much meaning and which suits the mood of the film, comes only once in a blue moon. 👏 👏 👏 way to go Mr. Prasoon Joshi. 👏 👏 👏
