Looks-wise ofcourse he can become an actor but why would he come to bollywood 😕 he has an incredibly amazing singing career and only at the age of 23 he is one of the most successful people in the world already! Also he is the new modelling face for Versace, Vogue etc... Why would he want to do more, he has too much on his plate as it is... so it is a hypothetical question, which is likely to not happen in this life. So nah, he won't be in bollywood.
PS: Zayn is very, very talented. Not just goodlooking. Listen to his live songs. He can hit high notes like no other guys.
PPS: A bollywood babe that would look good with him is Katrina (he had a crush on Kat anyway lol)

By the way, I don't agree that he did a shitty thing by leaving one direction. He gave other interviews where he said about how he had joined 1D when he was only 17 and self-admittedly, dumb and immature.
1D management used to make him shave off his beard so that he looks whitewashed.
He didn't have any freedom, he had to stay away from his family a lot and he is very attached to his mother and sisters and dad, so he couldn't bear it.
And he didn't like the type of music they made.
He also used to get called a terrorist/ISIS member and was bashed like hell for tweeting "#FreePalestine". People treated him horribly for being Muslim and none of his 1D mates EVER defended him from the Islamphobia he was subjected to, even though Zayn used to consider his 1D mates like his brothers..they never helped. Once he was caught smoking weed with his bandmate Louis Tomlinson and Zayn had to take the whole blame, none of it was taken by Louis.
I do agree though that he shouldn't have left like that, in the middle of the "Four" tour. Many fans of his must have bought tickets to watch Zayn in 1D but he left in middle of a tour, he should have completed the tour and then left. He disappointed so many fans. But I do see where he is coming from when he left 1D cos it was stressing him out to the point that he got a eating disorder and used to not eat anything at all for 3 to 4 days, that's why he got too thin during 2014 :/..
But ya I agree he doesn't seem to have much star appeal cos he can't dance, is not extrovert... he also has this habit of saying things that are very offensive, basically politically incorrect and unlikable things.
