OT: I don't deny that 1D has a shitty management team. They've always had that. I never once felt for what he did with them. Frankly, they almost deserved it, given all the restrictions they put on these boys. However, I never once felt that Niall, Harry, and especially Louis and Liam who he was obviously close to, didn't support him or think about his welfare. Has he sat down and talked to them appropriately as he should have, they'd probably come to the conclusion that it would have been their last tour etc anyway. It was quite obvious that he didn't even try, which is why I can see how affected and pissed they seemed afterwards. He's had a fallout with a number of people even after leaving the band. I haven't followed much thereafter but I think 'Naughty Boy' or something, was it? And then Perrie obviously. It's his personal life, and of course he's entitled to do whatever he wants, but there are some issues somewhere. And now, they're coming to burden his professional career I feel, with what all these stage shows etc cancelled. He should surround himself with the right people, or so I feel. He hasn't got a very good set of influential people around him.

I meant his character as in joining BW. Neither him nor say Louis, who used to be my favorite once by the way, have a very good star appeal. Also, they don't care about their image. It's just the way it is. You don't have to stop partying and messing around, but some control should be made on what goes out in the media. Contrast that with someone like Styles. He's extremely courteous and charming, has a magnetic way with people (Have you ever heard of anyone say a bad thing? Taylor Swift doesn't count! lol) and for someone who's not even finished high school, took a very smart graph, career wise with the right kind of people. He does all the right things, stays minimally in the news and has looked to me like the one who's made the most progress in HW this year with upcoming projects. He's got a great team. Zayn needs that if he wants to even be remembered 5 years down the line.

I've never seen someone like him. He is so, so wonderful. funny. Charisma personified.Smart. Sweet. Adorable and polite to everyone, he is like a ball of sunshine. No one in 1D including Zayn can be compared to his personality, it's so cute...Harry can make anyone smile, anyone happy! He's a special guy! He once even said sorry to a dog when his leg accidentally hit against its tail...awwh. <3

After Zayn left 1D he said he tried to talk to everyone BUT aside from Liam no one cared to talk to him. So I dunno what's going on between them...

And you are completely right, Zayn does have personality issues. Angry young man types.. I hate what he did to Perrie. :/ He should fix those issues cos otherwise he does have a very kind heart and can be an absolutely best version of himself. He has a lot of potential. But ya know, he's young. He hopefully will learn and mature with time. :)
