Actually the girl is not bad looking. It is just the dialogues are "Cringe worthy" as you aptly put.

I was a bit surprised as the show does have most realistic depiction of characters and this was a shocker for me. It was probably meant as "Comic relief" but I felt it was a bad idea to show her as a divorcee with a bit of a loose behaviour.

I also felt the reason was when Abhi dumps her people should not feel bad for her. :-(
