Nope. Priyanka is Shivaay's real sister for very clearly she called Tej bade papa in the episode when she is convincing him to do the role play. OmRu are real brothers and Shivaay and Priyanka are real brother sister. She also called out to Shakti and Pinky mummy papa.

i DONT THINK SO TEJ WIFE told him u have 1 daughter n for her u should make effort on rakhi what i heard
