the ban is not based on what job they do low or not. Dont forget that some dalits are also placed in high positions. caste based bans will restrict entry to all. As for the 'low jobs" ---it should be about hygiene. take a proper bath and you get as clean as the pundit is supposed to be 😛


What about dalits who are not buddhists? There are many of them.

What about dalits who are not buddhists? There are many of them.


lets start a protest to convert all of those remaning to buddhism.and shake/stir /move or whatever the supreme court on grounds that dalits are toying with religion by being nitpicky buddhists.. its hurting several sentiments and then this will be solved automatically!!!😆

Seriously cleanliness in public areas is a big issue in India. Discrimination on grounds of 'low jobs' is going to be an obstacle in the "swachhta abhiyan" of the government. What is more important-Caste/religion or cleanliness and health?

by low jobs means not "actual" jobs but those assigned by the caste system... not that i espouse any beliefs in the caste system but its a reality which drives some of the religious processes.

Supreme court should allow everyone into the temples... This isn't something which needs protests...
Everyone has a right to offer prayers ... Its high time people should grow above these biases...
