Officially, that night she was home with just 3 people, her dress designer Neeta Lulla, husband Dr. Shyam (professionally a Psychiatrist) and her care-taker or maid named Amrita who had cared Divya since her birth. After the incident happened, Amrita was deeply shocked and went into acute depression. She stopped interacting with the people around her and couldn't be questioned by the police. Soon, within 30 days of Divya's death, amrita suffered a massive heart attack and died.

On the other hand, police also questioned 3 others who were not present at the time of the accident. They included Divya's husband Sajid Nadiadwala, Divya's mother Bharti and brother Kunal.

Sajid was conveniently absent.Her maid must've seen something, why else would she go to depression if it was an accident??And why Divya would even sit on such a window from which one has achance to fall down .So many loopholes

Just want to let some of you that things that has been mentioned here were just an extension of my imagination so please quit asking me proofs. None of this is ever possible and bollywood celebrities are the role models of perfection. Though it is possible that some competitors may be guilty or suspect of said behavior please be assured that your favorite will never do this. They are better than the others and deeply care about how you will feel about them. It bothers them a lot to know that in some part of this world -- you exist, who tirelessly defend them and they will never let you down.

It is perfectly allright in this world for any random person to offer help such as roles, money, gifts, cars, vacations without any ulterior motives. What some of us are discussing here are just our delusions and none of it is meant to be taken literally. No proof can be supplied because it never happened.
